The house at 1400 Parterre Ct. is available year-round for business travelers and those attending or
participating in horse events, racing and thoroughbred sales. The calendar to
the right is updated with rentals marked and shows what remains available if
not marked. Confirmation by phone is required.

Payments by credit card are through PayPal on this site. Please do not send funds until actual dates are confirmed by phone.
Check-in anytime you arrive on your first day with our electronic combination
lock on the front door. No need for keys or cards. Check-out times may vary to
allow time for your hosts to arrange cleaning and refreshment of supples before
other guests.

PROVIDED:
1 set of sheets and 2 sets of towels are provided per visit, per bedroom. Washer and dryer with supplies are near the kitchen and avalable for guests to
freshen their linens or clothing if desired.
Lawn care and leaf blowing will take place after 10 am once or twice weekly
during the warm months and in the fall. Landscaping work will also take place after 10 am.
