Rentals are short-term, year round, with regular dates a very reasonable $275
per night for a whole house with two spacious bedrooms and two modern baths.

This home is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in West Lexington in a
residential area that is very near a major grocery store, post office branch,
casual restaurants, several bank branches and two large pharmacies.
As a residential area we are especially conscious of the comfort level of our
neighbors. We, the owners, live to the immediate right of this rental home so we are
usually present to protect the quiet and security of our neighborhood and do
not rent 1400 for weekend parties. Our presence also permits us to handle certain immediate needs of our guests
which may not have already been addressed.
The house was remodeled in 2008-9, with the entire first floor freshly painted
and newly furnished. The carpeted second floor consists of a master bedroom (king bed) which has been
newly furnished and a very spacious bathroom. The master bath includes a large
spa tub with a separate shower, a two-sink vanity and a large walk-in closet.
The first floor includes a large open living room and a 4 place eating area
next to the kitchen. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and its own seating area with a totally
remodeled bath. The downstairs bath, accessible to the hall as well as the bedroom, has a
multi-head, all-glass shower and a two sink vanity area.
Out the back door is a screened-in porch as well as open deck area overlooking
the gardens with flowering shrubs and a fountain. The entire back of the
property is lined with large pine trees offering considerable privacy.
This location is the best of both worlds, easy access to downtown Lexington and
very close to Keeneland, the airport, the countryside and all of Lexington’s points of interest for horse enthusiasts, event participants and business
persons alike.
